Steve Llanso left a message on February 20, 2015:
I'll always remember sitting next to Larry in the UCC choir. One morning, the young pianist started playing a soft jazz-like rendition of "Someone to Watch Over Me". Larry leaned over to me and whispered in his hoarse bass: "Is that Gershwin?". We looked at each other and grinned at the sound of Alec's innovative worship style. Larry shared his varied talents with so many people, but I'll miss his integrity and his sense of humor the most.
