Kenneth Robert Morgan, age 54, of Hedgesville, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2023. Born in Somers Point, NJ, on January 27, 1969, he was the cherished son of Marilyn (nee MacDougal) Leonard and the late Kenneth John Morgan.
Ken proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as a distinguished member of the 101st Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. His commitment and sense of duty extended into his professional life, where he dedicated himself to ISCO Industries, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues as a valued team member.
In the tranquility of nature, Ken discovered his sanctuary. A passionate hunter and fisherman, he reveled in the beauty of the outdoors. His artistic talents shone through in the intricate Duck Decoys he crafted, not only revealing his skill but also forming a personal collection that mirrored his appreciation for the artistry of nature.
Ken, known for his honesty and strong work ethic, was a private individual with a simple, yet profound, philosophy of life. His unwavering commitment was evident in his sole focus on providing a good life for his beloved son, John Morgan. Ken’s love for his family was the cornerstone of his existence.
He leaves behind a legacy that will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
Kenneth Robert Morgan is survived by his loving mother, Marilyn Leonard; his cherished son, John Morgan; and his devoted brother, Timmy Morgan. Additionally, he is remembered by his caring and devoted girlfriend, Robin Hendrickson.
