Justin S. Fabian, age 39, of Bear DE, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023. He was born in Baltimore MD, on July 26, 1983, to James Cochran and Penelope Nock.

Before his illness, Justin was a security officer working in various industries and a volunteer fire fighter.  Justin had a passion for music. He loved to play the drums, guitar, and keyboard. He also had a love for old cars. During his free time, Justin enjoyed camping, being outdoors, and woodworking. He especially loved spending time with his dog, Jake. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Justin is survived by his wife, Glenda Fabian; her children, Nicholynn and Megan Keefer; brothers, Joshua Llewellyn, Jordan Llewellyn, and David Llewellyn V; sister, Jennifer Clevenger; mother, Penelope Nock; father, James Cochran; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Reach Church, 2880 Summit Bridge Road, Bear DE 19701. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nemours Children’s Hospital, 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington DE 19803. Also, the family will accept donations to help with Justin’s final expenses.
