Judith “Judy” C. Dulin

January 24, 1936 - June 10, 2026

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Dulin Sr., and two sisters, Joyce and Sarah.

Judy grew up in Wellsburg, West Virginia, and later earned a teaching degree. Her love of children led her to a career in teaching and childcare. She began her career at Havre de Grace Elementary School and worked thereafter at Wilson Daycare in Havre de Grace. Judy retired as an administrator for Churchville Presbyterian Church’s Day Care Center.

Judy was a member of Webster Congregational Christian Church in Havre de Grace, where she served faithfully in church and community events.

Judy is survived by her beloved son, Charles (Chad) Edward Dulin Jr., and his wife Sally, as well as her extended family: Tom, Pam, John and Joel Fry.

A celebration of life for family and friends is planned for the coming weeks.

Judy Dulin was one of the most kind and loving and caring souls I have ever known. As her pastor I used to tell her that when I visited her I was the one who received pastoral care. I didn’t get to know Judy until eight years ago but I thank God I did. It’s hard to believe she has passed, because Judy was a survivor. She was so open minded and she possessed great courage, she told amazing stories and was always welcoming. I am going to miss Judy but I know her legacy will live on in eternity. Judy, I raise a strong cup of quality black coffee to you. You are the best! We love you!
