Joyce Ellen Halliday – 89
On Monday October 25, 2021 Joyce Ellen Halliday passed away peacefully at age 89 with family
members at her bedside.
Joyce was born October 17, 1932 in Totowa, NJ. She attended Butler High School and not long
thereafter she met and married William Halliday. Joyce and Bill settled in Pequannock NJ where they
raised their five children.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband of 53 years in 2005, and is survived by her five children; Mark of
Butler NJ; Steven of Lakewood CO; Carol of Elkton MD; Thomas of Dingmans PA and Timothy of
Springbrook PA. Joyce was also blessed with 12 grandchildren, 22 grandchildren and several cousins,
nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family asks to consider a donation to The Marine Corps Toys for Tots charity
