To the Shelton Family my condolences, I remember hanging out with Walter back in 1968/69 when I lived on Rt. 213 and Walter I believe was Sheldon Drive, that's when I first met his parents and both Walter and I attended Chesapeake city elementary tary school before I left and moved to another part of the county. He truly was one of the nicest guys in school. We often rode bicycles up the rode from his home running into ditches because cars kept coming to close for there was no shoulder on the road at the time. RIP Walter and God bless your family and comfort be with them. .....Kevin?
