John was born in Wilmington, DE on December 3, 1925 and was an engineer at Hercules Corporation for 38 years.
He is survived by his wife Soklim (Christina) Louie, a daughter Michelle Louie and her husband William Kessel of Downingtown, PA and a brother Jan Louie and his wife of Newark, DE. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Belinda, who died in 1990.
