John Prescott left a message on May 14, 2018:
I got to know Barrie when I was a freshman in college and we took German class together. We also ate lunch together sometimes. Since I had never gone anywhere he took me to Florida with the family over Christmas break that year. Some of us went to eat at the Horse Inn and he gave us free desserts. When I dropped out of college later he called to check up on me to see how I was doing. I will always remember him with great fondness and respect. I am sorry for your loss.
