It was a blessing for me to be with cousin Jerry in the last days of his life. I have heard of his gental ways and kind heart many times and witnessed it as he on his death bed told others that he loved them. He tried to comfort us. His beautiful family are in my prayers as well. For a peace that passes all understanding. Rest in peace beloved cousin

I have fond memories of Jerry doing his " walking" exercise in Beech Hill. He was never too busy or preoccupied to stop and visit--such a nice, genuine, guy! Always wanted to "catch up." Or, if he drove by in the car, you could count on Jerry to toot his horn and wave. When we moved from Beech Hill, I missed that friendliness I could always count on. He adored his lovely Rosie, and was so proud of his kids, Meredith, Mike, & Melanie, not to mention those precious grands! John & I extend our deepest sympathy to the family. What a terrific fella'!

Rosie and family, Jerry and I worked together at GM. We had a great trip together several years back when we went to LA for the auto show, touring all over LA . Jerry was always a kind person and will be missed by many people. May God Bless you and comfort you in this difficult time. Bill Walukonis

Jerry and I first met in elementary school in Kennett. We immediately became friends. We got separated in high school because we went to different schools. We quickly reunited after high school and have been life long friends. We both loved sports and investing. We were so lucky to spend a few days with Jerry , Rosie, and Mike in Denver just a few weeks ago. "The Grumpy Old Men" got one more chance to be with Jerry! Rosie- You could not have married a finer fella. Rest in Peace Jerry.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

We treasure the time you and Jerry spent with us here in Santa Fe. We have never met a more warm and gentle soul than Jerry and we know that he will be sorely missed by family and friends. For many, many years he fought the good fight...havala sholom...may he rest in peace.

Rosie and family. Jerry was always one of our good ones. We were pals all through high school. He was so easy going and fun to be friends with. Our 1962 reunion committee just wouldn't have been the same without his tireless work. I will really miss him . Hugs to all Al and Diane Silverman

I had the pleasure of working many years with Jerry. I was a supervisor in the finance Dept. and have many fond memories of Jerry. He was always a joy to work with and I am sadden by his death. He always had a smile on his face and always a professional in work or in just general conversation. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with his family. I will always remember his as a true gentlemen and I am proud to have known him. sincerely Ron Beatty

Rose, Beverly & Woody mentioned Jerry's smile. Though I only got to be around him the last few years, as I think about it, I never, ever saw Jerry when he didn't smile. And what a great smile. I once read that no one is really gone as long as they are remembered. I find that comforting because it means Jerry will always be with us. Our love to you.

Rosie, I will be away this weekend, helping a friend with Parkinson's. But you know my heart will be with you and your family. The days ahead will be hard but it looks like you have a wonderful group of friends who love you. Let them help you; now is the time. As soon as I get back I will call you. I would do anything to change this pain for you. But it is a sign of 43 years of faithfulfulness. I saw it on the day you and Jerry were married. I pray for your comfort and peace. Betsy

Jerry was always smiling whenever we ran into him. We enjoyed his friendship over the years, our time in Bible study years ago when our children were little. It seems like yesterday, but a few years have gone by. God bless you and you family. Beverly, Woody, Tracy, & Megan Hartgrove

I will always treasure and miss the times I shared with Jerry. He and I used to go back and forth about baseball (the Yankees vs. the Orioles). Watching them will never be the same. He left me with a ton of great memories, good advice and a heartfelt friendship that I will never forget.

So sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. We consider it a privilege to have met him and enjoyed our times together. He was such a "guy". Although we didn't get to see him much during the last couple of years he was in our thoughts & prayers. Rosie & family we are praying for you all during this sad time in your life.
