Jeffrey Franklin Miller, age 48, of Oxford, PA, earned his wings on Monday, October 18, 2021. He was born on January 17, 1973 in Wilmington, DE to George and Barbara (Stevens) Miller.
Jeffrey was employed by Pennsbury Township in PA as a road construction maintainer. He was a member of Masonic Penn Lodge 709 for many years. Jeffrey was an avid hunter and fisherman, who enjoyed spending his time with his family/friends, being on the beach, surf fishing, and enjoying the beauty that nature had to offer. He loved motorcycles and was always ready for a good ride. Jeffrey was always the one we could all count on for everything, never thinking of himself, he filled everyone he touched with happiness and love.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Kristina L. Miller of Oxford, PA; two sons: Matthew Miller of Oxford, PA and Kristopher Wilson of Quarryville, PA ; two daughters: Makayla Miller of Oxford, PA and Gina Wilson of Manheim, PA; three grandchildren: Jovani, Mayson, and Brantlee; father, George Miller; and mother, Barbara Miller.
A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911 where friends and family may begin visiting at 10:00 AM.
