Jay Edward Graham, age 70 of Elkton, MD passed away on October 8, 2025. He was born on November 23, 1954 in Elkton, MD to the late John Raymond Graham and Ellen Sue (Matney) Graham.
Jay was a dedicated employee at Chrysler where he retired after 30 years. He was an outdoorsman and found peace being outside in nature. He loved to go fishing and went on trips to Canada with his family. Jay enjoyed camping and crabbing on the local rivers. He was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. What brought the most joy to Jay’s life was being around his family and friends. He loved the holidays because they always brought his family together.
Jay is survived by his children: John Graham, Tonya Graham, Jay Dill, and Amanda Graham; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and sisters: Lynie Graham and Barbara Graham.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Leonard Graham.
A celebration of Jay’s life will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2:00PM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911. Family and friends may attend the viewing beginning at 1:00PM. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery.
