I'm saddened to hear of Jim's passing but I know he is in a good place and at peace. Your husband and I worked together, first as dispatchers and later when I was a trooper being dispatched to complaints by Jim. He was always a dedicated, caring person who will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Skip Homiak (retired DSP)

Jim was always there to help others. I will never forget Jim commanding his Sea (Flea) Scouts when they gathered at Troop 6.
He had a positive effect on many young kids in their formative years. He can never be replaced and will always be remembered.
We were so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are for you and your family. He also had a smile and hello when we saw him. He will be missed. Linda and George Middleton
