I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Jimmy many years ago. His sister married my cousin Bowen's. We had many good times in Elsmere with family at BBQ's, making ice cream and many laughs. Enjoy your memories.

I met Jim early in my DOC career at an institution when it was known as Pre Trial Annex (PTA). It was later renamed to Webb Correctional. He knew I was new and took the time to help show me things about that institution. We would talk about the Army and sort of "compare notes" about the differences ten (10) years made (I was on active duty 1973-1977. I saw him throughout the years I was with DOC and he was always ready to make me--or anyone else smile. Thanks for the talks Jim! You will be missed.

Jimmy and I grew up in Elsmere and attended Oak Grove and Conrad together. He was a quiet guy in general until you got to know him. Then, he could converse on any number of subjects. He was a faithful Conradian and booster always. His memory will be a blessing to his family and friends. God bless and keep you in His care.
