I was one of Jims QC Inspectors at Dassault, Jim was loved by everybody, he was kind, funny, and a perfectionist in his work. He loved his family so much, and would tell me how proud he was of them. Jim also had a serious side to him, he has personally helped me in a couple of situations. Jim knew about life. I never saw him angry the five years that I worked around him. He made my day when he paged me to come to the battery shop for a QC buyoff. When the word of Jims passing got around, there were many hearts that were broken that day. God Bless you. Myself, and many others will never forget you. You definitely made an impact on a lot of people.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Jim was a great neighbor of ours for 31 years. He always had a smile on his face. He could light up a room talking about his grandkids. My heart breaks for Sophia and the family for the loss of a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and to the rest of us who lost a good friend. Every time I hear a lawn mower I will think of Jim Grim. ( We all know he had the perfect lawn) Rest in peace Jim . You will be missed by all. Thoughts and prayers for Sophia and family.

Jim was a unique and special man. Always smiling and laughing. He reminded me a lot of my own dad in that way, so I'd make sure to stop by and talk with him every few days. It didn't matter if it was work related, personal problems, family, or just life in general he was always engaging and seemed to sincerely care. I really enjoyed talking to him during football season because you could feel his pride in his grandson and the family he was blessed with. Every conversation came back around to his wife, children, and grandchildren. Sometimes, an hour or two would pass before I realized it. I grieve with the family and pray for your comfort.
