Jacob Hunter Lindsay, 17, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away unexpectedly June 24, 2016.
Born in Baltimore on July 28, 1998, Jake was the son of James Joseph Lindsay, Jr. and Kimberly Brown Burks. He was a 2016 graduate of Rising Sun High School and was considering entering the military. His passion was dirt bikes and four wheelers. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends who will miss his sense of humor.
In addition to his parents, Jake is survived by his brothers, Joshua James Lindsay and James Joseph Lindsay lll, and Jonathon Schuster; aunts and uncles Janice and Joel Meszaros, Cindy and Gary Osborne, and Mary and David Head; grandmothers Doris Lindsay and Joann Brown; great grandfather Bob Schroeder; and cousins Meghan, Brianna, Lauren, David and Lindsay.
A service honoring Jake’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday June 29, 2016 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 21911 with a visitation Tuesday evening June 28 from 6 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home or one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Brookview Cemetery.
