Isaiah Justin Workman, age 16, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023. He was born on July 26, 2006 in Elkton, MD to Justin Virgil Workman and Heather Marie Hunnell.

Isaiah enjoyed exercising and playing sports, especially football and basketball. During his free time, he played video games and spent time hanging out with a small group of friends. Isaiah will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Isaiah is survived by his mother, Heather Hunnell and her husband, Anthony Lewis; father, Justin Workman and his wife, Lauren; maternal grandparents: Tammy Hunnell and Danver Hunnell; paternal grandmother, Shirley Everett; great grandparents: Irene Meadows, Thomas Moore, Joseph Meadows, and Deborah Meadows; siblings: Anthony Lewis, Damian Lewis, Adrianah Lewis, Destiny Lewis, Carson Lewis, Noah Larson, Loyal Larson, William Larson, and Gabriella Workman; aunts: Valerie Tracey and her husband, Brandon, Kristin Hunnell, Katherine Rice and her husband, John, and Emily Workman; great aunts: Johanna Holton and her husband, Ace Nelson and Tara Meadows and her husband, Eric.

Isaiah is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Virgil Workman; great-grandparents: Nina Farmer, Jim Workman, Marybell Everett, and Irvin Meadows; maternal great-grandmothers: Barbara Maness and Minnie Hunnell; and great uncle, James Meadows.

Services will be held private.

my favorite memory of Isaiah and I , was at the family reunion when we were hanging out just talking and playing basketball and volleyball together and then shoving our faces with food and just always laughing and smiling when we were together . im really really going to miss him and i always will miss him .
