Helen Maureen Davis, age 62 of Elkton, MD formerly of Horsham, PA, went home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2016. She was born on December 15, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA to the late, John J. Hagan and Helen Olga (Leschinski) Hagan.

After graduating college, Helen worked for hospitals and doctors. She was married in 1973 to John Davis of Hatboro, PA. Helen was a caring, compassionate, and devoted wife and mother who loved her family. She enjoyed family vacations at beaches and national and state parks from Maine to Florida.

She is survived by her husband, John Davis of Elkton, MD; daughter, Carolyn Davis of NJ; three grandchildren; Kaylee Svendsen, who will always have a special place in her heart; two brothers: John Hagan of MT and Mike Hagan of OH; two nephews: John Hagan of PA and Brian Hagan of FL; and niece, Mandy Hagan of PA.

A celebration of Helen’s life will be held on, August 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 318 George Street, Chesapeake City, MD 21915 where family and friends may attend the visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to, “Amedisys Hospice” or the “Helen Graham Cancer Center” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A.
