Harry Wilson Bodine Jr, age 60 of Elkton, MD passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Harry was born on September 1, 1958 in Dover, DE to the late Harry Wilson Bodine Sr. and Edith Elaine (Wichess) Bodine.
Harry served in the Army for 3 years and the Air Force Reserves for 6 years. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. Harry liked fishing and enjoyed watching wrestling. He took his family to WWE events. Harry loved all of his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He was very friendly and made friends with many of his neighbors. He enjoyed watching Sonlife Broadcasting and was a member of Jimmy Swaggart Ministry. Harry enjoyed going out to dinner and getting ice cream with his wife. Harry and his wife also enjoyed going on road trips together.
Harry is survived by his wife of 16 years, Maggie Bodine; sons: Harry Knight, Joseph Knight, and Jeremy Knight and his spouse Beth Lowman; daughter, Kimberly Wilhoit and her husband Madison; step daughters: Michelle Jefremow and her husband Mike and Lisa Gillespie; step son, Jason Lynch; several grandchildren and step grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Bodine, sister, Destiny Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

I'm so glad I found my brother when I did six years ago. He was so happy that I found him and very surprised. I miss you so much.I still cant believe you are gone.I went to church today and the message was that we are just passing through. But it doesn't stop you from missing someone.

I miss my brother so much ,I had such a good time when he came to Dover and we went to cheddars. He always had a good time just watching other people have a good time, He was good to every one.I always wonder what his last thoughts were. I miss you

I was thinking about things the other day and thought about the one (or two) times Butch and I were out for lunch and he always liked to try for toys in those machines. The time that came to mind was when we were at Friendlys. He had won about six toys so he got the idea to give them all away to the children that were there that day. He made so many smiles in those children's faces. He did have a good heart especially for children. ❤❤ A little neighbor boy named Chase considered Butch his best friend. He'd come over and knock and ask for Butch. They'd sit out at the picnic table and talk and sometimes color. He loved when Butch would buy him ice cream. He and Einey our dog both got ice cream. Einey would sit at the door jumping up n down in anticipation for that cold treat. I don't know what Einey thinks about him being gone. Not sure Chase knows. Many years ago Butch went to court and won custody of his three sons. He dedicated his life to raising them and seeing to it they had what they needed. He loved children. And his dog, Einstein.
