Mrs. Arbogast & family, I am very sorry for your loss. I took care of Harold on multiple occasions for chemo treatment. I remember taking care of him last summer because I was just getting back from OCMD and he was heading there. We shared our favorite food places. Boy he loved to talk! I know he was so very proud of his daughters; he told me what each daughter does for work. He was proud of how successful each daughter is in their fields. But I mostly remember the conversation about how he met his wife and won her over all the other guys when they were just kids. It was very clear Harold was a family man. It was a pleasure to care for him over the past few years. Thinking of you all during this time.

Upon joining IRS on 6/21/71, I reported to 800 Delaware Ave. Wilmington and Harold was the first Agent I met. Very Happy and Welcoming Guy-- but surely not so for those who met him professionally. Haha. We regularly went to lunch on 202, Dupont Highway, and downtown Wilmington too, always fun dining with Harold. Particularly funny was Harold wanting to teach me how to drive his Sports Car. When I ground the gears shifting, he directed me back to Passenger seat. Haha. Our careers took us on different paths, but Harold sure was a great friend and unforgettable guy..
