Dad, You called me your angel. I was simply trying to repay some of the love, support, and words of encouragement you gave me through the years. You and Mom were always there for our family no matter what. You always helped with whatever event we had planned. You were the best babysitters, parents, and grandparents. They say it takes a community to raise a family. I thank God for our community. Now you have your wings and I know you are one of my angels.

Uncle Harold was very special to me as was Aunt Betty. I cherish the times I spent with him in Maryland and in Pa. He was fun to be around and I will never forget him. I remember when I was little he would let me feed the chickens when we would go to visit and he always had a story to tell. And he would always be canning, freezing, or cooking something. I will remember the times walking down to the little creek with him looking for fish and walking through the corn field picking some ears for supper. He was a good person and a man that I admired all the years of his life. I will truly miss him and I know that he is now in a better place. God bless you Uncle Harold and thank you. REST IN PEACE

Even though Uncle Harold was not my blood uncle, I loved him as though he were. From the day I met him until the very end he held a special place in my heart. That place will remain with me forever. He was a kind and gentle man, and also one who had a mind of his own. He was quick to smile and laugh. He gave such loving hugs! God Bless him Lord, along with his dear family. I will forever remember those happy days and the joy he brought to us. I'll miss you, Uncle Harold.

Poppop, you are now home with your forever love. We will find comfort in knowing you and Mommom are together once again. Special memories for me that will forever live on in my heart include sharing our birthday, spending the night as a child even though we lived right next door, playing cards, working in the garden, listening to you play your organ, the parties, your cooking and above all your loving, caring, giving ways. You and Mommom always had enough food no matter how many came in the door even if it was just apple grunt. You are gone but will never be forgotten.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
