Grace Louise Johnson of Conowingo, MD, age 59, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017. She was born on December 30, 1957 in Lancaster, PA to the late Charles Trimble and Cora (Howell) Trimble.

Grace loved reading, playing bingo, yard-sailing which fostered her love of collecting “junk”. She loved all animals and all animals loved her. Grace’s greatest joy was spending time with her beloved husband and family.

Grace is survived by her husband of seventeen years, Paul Edward Johnson, Jr. of Conowingo, MD; three children: Candy Thompson and her husband, Steven of Peach Bottom, PA, Danny Trimble and his wife, Andrea of Quarryville, PA, Jeanne Dickens and her husband, Clinton, Jr. of Drumore, PA; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; seven siblings: Wanda Tackett of Rising Sun, MD, Betty Chapman of Little Britain, PA, Charles Trimble, Jr. of Port Deposit, MD, Mary Roten of Holtwood, PA, James Trimble of Quarryville, PA, Lucy Heisler of Lancaster, PA and Rome Trimble of Quarryville, PA.

A celebration of Grace’s life will be held at 5pm on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 21911. Family and friends may begin visiting at 3pm.
