Gloria Jean Street, 63, of Elkton, MD, formerly of Virginia, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 16, 1950 in Baltimore, MD, Gloria was the daughter of the late Henry and Alice (Schikowski) Davis. Gloria enjoyed gardening and had a real knack for growing flowers. She also had a love for animals and was especially fond for her cat, Jagger. However, Gloria’s most cherished moments were those spent with her loving family and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed greatly.

Gloria is survived by her twin sister, Delores Peters of Elkton, MD and her sisters, Louise Hope of Plainwell, MI and Alice Gostony of Elkton, MD; brother, John Davis of Street, MD; son, William Street of Virginia; and her beloved cat, Jagger. Including her parents, Gloria was also preceded in death by her brother, Henry Davis, Jr.

Services for Gloria will be held privately.
