Rhonda & Family So sorry for you loss. Jerry was a wonderful person, Growing up in Elkton I remember his days playing soft ball in the manor he was great to watch. He worked hard for the Town of Elkton and put pride in his work. He never met a stranger and would go out of his way to help others. When I served as a Town Commissioner a few years ago I would see him and he enjoyed what he did every day. His memories will live in your hearts forever. He is in the hands of god and I'am sure he has no more pain or suffering. God Bless, Rest In Peace Jerry
