Frederic “Fred” Cowan Garber, age 78, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. He was born in Waynesboro, VA on June 29, 1942 to the late Harold Lavern Garber and Norma Isabelle (Fisher) Garber. Fred was a 1963 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
