I was so sorry to find out that I missed the service for Evelyn. We lost contact many years ago, but shared many fun and hard times at the Newark Country Club. She had some hard times, but she always fought the good fight. My thoughts are with her family that she loved so dearly. Pat Knies

I knew Evelyn through my brother Jack Good. Jack worked with Evelyn for over 20 years at the Country Club. Even after he left the Club he,Evelyn and Dorthea kept in touch. Jack was very fond of Evelyn and this evening he just told me she was like a sister to him. He will miss her very much. I was always deeply touched by her friendship with my brother and she was one of the few truly good friends he has ever had. She will be truly and deeply missed by Jack. She will have my eternal gratitude for the goodness and kindness she showed my brother and for her friendship with him.

At this point, I am glad we did get to see her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and she will be in our thoughts always. Jack & Clara Rust
