Elbert Thomas Miller Senior, passed away peacefully Friday, July 26, 2024 surrounded by family. He was a life long farmer and resident of Cecily County, MD. He was born on February, 22, 1933.
Married Delphia M. Tiller, having two children Delphia D and Elbert Jr. was also survived by three grandchildren, John T Rice Sr. (Angela), Jessica Dodson, and Jerry Miller. Along with three great grandchildren, Jt Rice, Jr. (Katherine), Brandon Rice (Bri), and Angel Rice. Followed by his three great great grandchildren, Summer Rice, Addy Mae Rice, and Jaxon Rice.
He enjoyed fishing, listening to the Orioles, and spending time with family.
A celebration of Elbert’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 11:00AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911 where family and friends may begin visiting at 10:00AM. Burial will follow at Rosebank Cemetery.
