Elaine Helen Neely, 89, passed away April 16, 2025. She was born December, 13, 1935 to the late Alexander Kotz Sr. and Jennie (Kozlowski) Kotz.
Elaine deeply cherished her family; she will always be remembered for her love and support. She was a longtime member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, in Perryville, MD. She enjoyed the little things in life like eating seafood, and could frequently be found playing cards, bingo, and doing puzzles.
Elaine is survived by her children: Louis Neely Jr. and his wife Diann of Port Deposit, MD, Linda Derkach and her late husband Kenneth of White Hall, MD, Lisa Henemyre and her husband Michael of Conowingo, MD; her grandchildren: Jessica Wain, Grant Neely, Matthew Henemyre, Devin Neely, Luke Henemyre, Konnor Derkach, Mickaela Edwards, Justin Henemyre; as well as, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, Elaine is preceded in death by her late husband: Louis Neely Sr. (1989); her late daughter: Karen Bullis (2021); and her brother: Alexander Kotz Jr. (1994).
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Good Shepherd Parish.
