So sorry for your loss. If Dwayne graduated from Zion Benton Township High School in 1965, we hung around a lot at school. I remember him as a cool guy.....!!!!

Dwayne's other love was Maya archaeolgy. No ancient site was too far into forbidding jungle to disuade him from exploring it. He was well known and respected in the Maya archaeolgy community in Guatemala. Dwayne was the moving force in expeditions that created an ever growing circle of friends from around the world who share his passion for discovery and exploration of long-abandoned cities of the Maya civilization deep in the tropical forests of Mexico and Guatemala. His absence will certainly be felt when another expedition heads off into the jungle.

Gerald and I are so sorry that Dwayne did not live to fulfill all of his dreams. He brought his bike all the way to Wisconsin and then could not ride with Bruce out to Dodgeville. Then he develped more health problems. Our sympathy to all of you. We love you all, and wish we could be there with you. Uncle Gerald and Aunt Betty
