Dorothy Mae Parker of Rising Sun, MD, age 89, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020. Dorothy was born on August 28, 1930 in Chicago, IL to the late William Rossman and Grace (Norwood) Kromwell.
Dorothy loved her family, especially her great grandbabies. She loved to keep busy and was lovingly known as “The Energizer Bunny”. Everyone relied on Dorothy for many situations and she seemed to have a remedy for every single problem. She also loved flower gardening.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters: Wende Molisani and Paulette Evjy and her husband Thomas; son, Charles J. Parker Jr.; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Parker Sr. and grandson, Charles Welcome Molisani.
Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the “Alzheimer’s Association” and sent in care of R.T. Foard & Jones Funeral Home, 122 West Main Street, Newark, DE 19711.
