Dorita Laray Jermyn, age 57 of Elkton, MD passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026.
Dorita was born on April 05, 1968, to the late Walter Jermyn and the late Sarah (Presnell) Huester-Rogers.
Dorita loved to listen to music and watch crime solving shows, while she crocheted. She made the most gorgeous projects crafting and always added her own little touch to whatever she was making. She was always the person anyone could turn to when in need, she made sure to help even if it was just giving a hug with her favorite quote from Dolly Parton “if you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Eddie Buchanan (Susan) and family. She is survived by her daughter Sienna Jermyn-Foxwell, Stepson Andrew Butler. Brothers James Buchanan Jr. (Selena) Elkton, MD, Charles Huester (Aileen) Smyrna, DE. Sister Leisa Williams of Pensacola, FL. Sister-in-Law Valerie Sharpe, Lewes, DE. Former Husband William Foxwell. Numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
