Dianne Lisa (Dudkewitz) Kline-Roque, age 55, of Elkton, Maryland, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, October 13, 2023. Dianne was born on March 11, 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland to Walter Dudkewitz and the late Ruth Keitha (Webb) Cox, and grew up in Cecil County, Maryland.
Dianne graduated from Elkton High School, class of 1986. Dianne worked at Chrysler Corporation in Newark Delaware, for a short time, and later in life as a horse exerciser with racehorses. Her enjoyment of working with horses brought her much satisfaction. Dianne possessed an upbeat personality that was infectious with a smile that could brighten even the darkest day. Dianne found happiness in the simple pleasures of life, going to the Cecil County Fair, bowling, and drinking Coca-Cola. Dianne took pleasure in working in her garden, planting flowers and vegetables. Above all, her greatest joy was raising her granddaughter, Carlee! She always looked forward to the holidays to spend time with family. Dianne will be missed by all who knew her.
Dianne is survived by her husband, Tomas Roque; daughter, Kristi Kline; stepchildren: Lisa Kline, and Gary Kline Jr.; grandchildren: Carlee Forrester, Hailey Eckhart, Blake Kline, Makaylee Kline, Rylee Counts, step grandchildren Caden Finucan, and Cali Finucan, 1grandson on the way; father, Walter Dudkewitz (Nancy); brothers: Ray Dudkewitz (Patty Gima), and Steve Dudkewitz (Jill Acierno); former husband Gary Kline Sr.; and her dogs, Sandy and Coffee.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 6:00 PM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 where family and friends may begin visiting at 5:00 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Brain Aneurysm Foundation” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A.
