Diana Lynn Ciancaglione, age 69, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the Kutz Home in Wilmington, DE. She was born June 28, 1943 in Wilmington, DE to the late William and Audrey Reeder.

Diana, a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High school, earned her nursing certificate and spent her career as a registered nurse at Sun Oil, Christiana Care and Union Hospital. She loved traveling, dancing, as well as wining and dining. In her spare time she also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and gardening. She was a “social butterfly” that could easily speak with anyone.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Ciancaglione of Edgemoor, DE; daughters, Kristen Hyman of Philadelphia, PA, Alisha Grieninger and husband Daniel of Elkton, MD; son, William Hyman and wife Natalie of Elkton, MD; her beloved pug and “favorite child”, Pookie; grandchildren, Kara, Abigail, Yvonne and Fairuza; sisters, Betty Reeder of Bear, DE, and Carol Reeder of Claymont, DE.

A service will be held 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 6, 2013 at R. T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 E. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921. Family and friends may call up to two hours prior, beginning at 10:00 A.M.
