Deborah (Debbie) L. Kennedy, 56 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on August 28, 2016. She was born on July 02, 1960 in Wilmington, Delaware to Donald Francis Reeder, Sr. (d. 2010) and Mary Emma (Simpers) Reeder.
Debbie was a warm and caring woman who dedicated her life to her family whom she loved deeply. Her most cherished moments were those spent with her daughters and their friends as well as with her precious granddaughter, who she adored and loved doing things with. Debbie was an avid Eagles fan and enjoyed watching TV shows on the SYFY Channel. She will be remembered by all for her calm nature, generous heart, and beautiful smile.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Scott Kennedy; daughters: Erin Ashley Kennedy and companion Kenneth Fleenor, Krista Anne Kennedy, Haley Renee Kennedy and granddaughter Audrey Marie Kennedy, all of Rising Sun, MD; brothers: Donald F. Reeder, Jr. and his wife Lori of St. Georges, DE, Timothy R. Reeder and his wife Janet of Earlville, MD, Mark Reeder and his wife Sandi of Port Deposit, MD and Edward Reeder and his wife Christina of North East, MD; best friend Tricia Kroupa as well as many nieces, nephews and beloved extended family members.
