David Paul Williams, age 93, of Elkton, MD, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021. He was born in Duncansville, PA on May 26, 1928 to the late Andrew Leslie Williams and Lena Louise (Sorge) Williams.
Paul worked as a lab tech for the Oil Refinery in Delaware City for many years before retiring. He was also a 32nd degree Mason. Paul was an avid bird watcher, he loved all birds, especially hummingbirds, cardinals, and finches. He enjoyed watching the WWll history channel and the Baltimore Ravens. Every Sunday, Paul would make the best chocolate fudge. He loved traveling and even got a chance to go to Switzerland. Paul will be remembered for his sense of humor and jokes. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Paul is survived by his son, Jeffrey Paul Williams and his wife, Debbie; two daughters: Diane L. Ferrari and her husband, Dominic and Gail Marie Williams; fifteen grandchildren; and thirty-four great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Ann Williams; son, Michael Williams; six sisters; and one brother.
A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 where friends and family may begin visiting at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception in Elkton, MD.
