David Lee Frazier

David Lee Frazier, age 78, of Rising Sun, MD, was called home by the Lord on August 14th, 2026. Born in Pulaski, VA, David was the son of the late Billy Junior Frazier and Margaret (Brown) Frazier.   

David is survived by his wife of 57 years, Gail (Montgomery) Frazier; sons, David (Tony) Frazier and wife, Jodi, of Rising Sun, MD and Jeffrey Frazier and wife, Rachael, of Clayton, NC; daughters, Jennifer Brooks and husband, Michael, of Oxford, PA  and Amy Frazier of Rising Sun, MD; granddaughters, Alyson and Brianna Frazier, Meredith Hovatter and Makayla Brooks; grandsons, Preston and Parker Frazier, Ben and Josh Whitaker, Tyler and Tristan Brooks; great grandson, Bryson Brooks; great granddaughter, Lainey Yoder; brother, Paul Frazier of Perryville, MD. 

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Wayne Frazier, a sister, Evelyn (Peggy) Marie Jackson and brother-in-law, Everett Jackson. 

David’s parents moved to Rising Sun from Virginia when he was about a year old. He was a 1965 graduate of Rising Sun High School. His father helped him get a job at Chrysler Corporation in Newark, DE, when he turned 18, where he worked for 31 years, retiring at age 49.  After retirement he continued to work delivering auto parts for various companies. David was a past member of the Rising Sun Community Fire Department and Porters Grove Baptist Church. He was a hard worker, rarely missed time from any job he had, and always put his family’s needs before his own. He enjoyed being home with his family, watching sports, washing his cars, mowing and working in his yard.  

In honor of David’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
