David E. MacKenzie, age 69 of Elkton, MD passed away on December 30, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1949 in Chester, PA to George and Naomi (Thomas) MacKenzie. David proudly served his country in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion. He worked as a metallurgist in ballistics research.Continue Reading
