Cynthia Louise Foster, age 64, of Elkton, MD, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024. She was born on September 26, 1959, in Elkton, MD, to the late Herman Dixon and Nancy McLennan (Biggs).

Cynthia was a 1977 graduate of Bo Manor High School. She worked at IKEA in Perryville, MD for 18 years. One thing Cynthia loved most of all was her family, especially her grandson, Baby Dumplin, Robert Jackson. Her love for her dogs, LuLu and Bear Bear, was extraordinary.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Robert Foster; children: Robert Foster, Jr. (Sara), Amber Carroll (Ryan), and Heather Jaramillo; siblings: Randy McLennan and Wendy Beaudean; grandchildren: Robert Jackson, Mikaila Jackson, Evan Foster, Haley Jaramillo, and Nina Jaramillo and five great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Cynthia’s life will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921, where friends and family may begin visiting at 10:00 AM.
