I have to echo what others have said...Cindy was a Neat Lady. She was kind, friendly, happy, and fun. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was always "up" even when things were "down". I don't think I've ever met a happier person. I will miss her. June Akell, Co-worker from the VA Medical and Regional Office Center

"Cyndy" and I were more than best friends, we we sisters. I think closer than and sisters could be. You never knew what Cindy had planned to do, but it always was a memory you would never forget. Cyndy was always helping others and her smile and laughter would spread sunshine on a cloudy day. Tiffany and Larry, your Mother enjoyed life and sharing with others about her grandchildren, telling us what each grandchild was doing and how proud she was of them. Cindy will be missed by all who knew her, but how fortunate we were to have known and loved her.

To: Larry and Tiffany (and your respective families) i have the fondest memories of your mom. she was ALWAYS kind, warm hearted. she never hesitated to let me or jeff stay over...or if we were out playing always offered us something to eat or drink. i have some many great childhood memories (some i shared recently with Larry and Jeff Sobo at lunch in Newark). It has been along time since i ve caught up with you Larry and if there some good that can come out of this....it would be a) you advised she'd be fighting / suffering for sometime and now she is at rest and b) that we have reconnected and hopefully can correspond and catch up in person when our busy schedules permit. Tiffany, i advised larry because of my new job i would not be able to come to the service, but i will honor your mom and make a solid donation to the charity she wanted. I have experienced losing my father, so i have a good idea what your both feeling. i only hope that from my stand point as well as many others (i am certain), your mom will be missed and always beloved. sincerely, paul rambo jr.

Cynthia was always a large personality, so friendly and inclusive and so bright. I feel blessed to have been in the group having lunch with her a couple of times a year since our 50th reunion. She remained very positive during her illness and was always upbeat, an inspiration always. She made a special effort to join the Prices, Walter and me for lunch in May. I loved what Karen said about her hanging with Wanda. I can think of a few others too. Blessings to her family and may all the wonderful memories stay with us forever.

Always a smile or a laugh is how I picture Cynthia in my mind's eye! What a delightful and happy personality she was! I am so sad to think that she has passed on but relieved that her battle with cancer is over. We actually go back to grade school in our relationship. Although we didn't see each other much over the years, I always felt a friendship with her. She and Mitch came to Florida twice and stopped in to visit with me. The first time, Mitch stayed on for a month and helped me with all my horses while Cynthia returned home to work! He even cleaned stalls! I truly enjoyed him and, of course, we went to hear Barbershop in Tampa! I will always value my memories of Cynthia throughout the years and just know that she was a wonderful person. Now, she and Wanda Murphy can "hang around together" again in heaven!
