Cliff was a longtime and dear friend since we met at work in 1985. We had a meaningful friendship and he will be greatly missed by my husband and I plus my father in law who also was a close fried of Cliff’s. Our sincere condolences go out to all his children, especially Kenny. Rest in peace until we meet again 🙏

I wanted to express my condolences for your family loss. Cliff was a good friend, coworker with sense of humor and wit and good at forecasting the weather. He helped me to pick out a bowling ball at Elk Lanes when we were on the Stine-Haskell league. I am still using use. Recently I enjoyed stopping out to visit him bringing apple cider donuts or lunch on occasions. Once we drove to Newark to get lunch. Just to get out of the house and take a ride ! Sitting in the living room and talking,Cliff pointed out the picture of his parents and the beautiful picture of the Stoops family. He will be missed. God bless him!

My condolences to the Stoops family. Having worked at DuPont Stine, I had the opportunity to work with Cliff and his son Kenny. Cliff was a well-respected man, and I will never forget his wit. He will greatly be missed by all.

Rest in Peace Cliff “Stoooooooooooops” The long Stoooops greeting at work that we would share just was a bright spot each day that I worked with him at DuPont…he was one of my favorite co workers..always with some humor and wise words..I looked up to him and tried to learn from him..he had such a calm loving way with people. May God Bless and Welcome You into his Kingdom..I know nobody gets out of this world alive but Cliff’s passing brought much sadness to me…I will never forget him and pray for him…Rich…’Stroooooooooo’😔
