My father in law was a great man! He was someone who generously gave his time, talents, and treasures to his family and community. He was a brilliant man, but his outlook on life was simple and he never asked for anything. He will be missed by all who knew him and will always hold a very special place in my heart!
Nancy McLaughlin left a message on October 17, 2012:
Charlie was a very caring and fun-loving guy. My friends and I always had a great time at the Perryville American Legion when Charlie was there. He had a great sense of humor and was always making everyone laugh. He was devoted to the veterans at the Perry Point VA Medical Center and volunteered whenever he could to assist in programming for the veterans. He will be greatly missed.
