Catherine Anne Hyman, age 61, of Jarrettsville, MD passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. She was born in Buffalo, NY on August 29, 1959 to the late John E. Hyman and Joan C. (Dulack) Hyman.

Catherine loved working with antiques and restorations. She was passionate and worked tirelessly, volunteering at the Jarrettsville VFW. Catherine enjoyed gardening and loved going to the beach. She took great joy in being with her family and her partner, Randall whom she loved dearly. Catherine will always be remembered for helping others and her charitable works.

Catherine is survived by her lifelong companion, Randall Louis Roth; five siblings: Michael Hyman, Charles Hyman, Mark Hyman, John Hyman, and Christopher Hyman; and a beloved aunt of twenty-five nieces/nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 533 East Jarrettsville Road, Forrest Hill, MD 21050 where friends and family may begin visiting at 10:00 AM. Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lockhaven, PA privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “American Cancer Society” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
