They say "time heals all wounds" it quiets them. Not a day goes by that I
don't think of you& an miss you. But everyday I feel more than blessed to have had such a loving, thoughtful, mom who as I grew up became my friend and confidant. I'm a better person because of you. I only wish I would have used a lot of what you taught me a whole lot sooner.
Thank you mommy. I love you always. Like you said to me don't
say goodbye to anyone you care for so until then...ur

Sadly to say, in all the years that I’ve worked with BCPS, I’ve never had the privilege of meeting your Mom in person. However, I always knew she was just a phone call or a mouse click away from me. She was my “go to girl” and provided the information to me or if she didn’t know, she’d point me in the right direction. It was such a comfort to know that she was there for me and what a blessing she was!

I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Carol. We were good friends for so many years and shared so much. Holidays, family parties, trip to NY, and wondering through many an antique store. I will treasure those memories and know that her family will have many more loving memories to carry them through this difficult time.

When sending a note of condolence it is difficult to know what to say or how to say it. Words seem so inadequate and the loss so great. But, I was truly saddened and shocked to hear about Carol’s passing. Carol was a fun person that often shared stories of her of her family and her trips. Carol touched so many lives in a positive way and will be missed. With love and hugs to her family, Sharon

To Carol's family, I am both shocked and saddened to learn of Carols passing. I've known Carol since 1995 and enjoyed her company and our work relationship. I worked closely with her years ago on the accounting system when I worked on the financial Information Management System team. One of the things I loved about Carol is that didn't mince words/said it like it but always with tact, respect and dignity. Her quick wit and dry sense of humor always kept me laughing. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten. I will always hold fond memories of Carol in my heart. Leigh

I am heartbroken by the loss of such a person who brought pure joy to my heart. Carol always had a pleasant demeanor and spirit about her. She was funny and witty. I would joke with Carol that the Avon regimens were preserving her youth. She’d always ask about my family and tell me of hers. She will truly be missed. With my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences.

I will miss you in the halls at Timonium. Chasing the last person out during a fire drill. And so proudly wearing that Yellow Vest marked "Accounting officer" over your pretty sweaters. I will always remember sharing a recipe with you and talking about your travels, and our children. I thank you for being a friend. I will miss you.
