Bryant Alonzo Gilliam

Bryant Alonzo Gilliam (45) Of North East, MD, passed away on February 24, 2022. Born in Windsor, NC on December 16, 1976, he was the beloved son of Ora Mae Gilliam and the devoted husband of Joanna Gilliam.

Bryant was a dynamic and energetic team member at the Amazon Distribution Center in Middletown, DE. In his free time he liked watching movies: Comedies, Horror and especially True Crime Dramas and Historical Biographies. He had an adventurous streak and enjoyed camping and Geocaching. When not in the forest, Bryant could often be found exploring Thrift Shops and Flea Markets, searching for hidden treasures. He was very handy when it came to fixing things around the house. He was inquisitive by nature and liked to take things apart just to see how they worked. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bryant is survived by his wife, Joanna Gilliam; children: Bobby, Joel, Autumn and Geneva; parents, Harry and Ora Mae Callander; siblings: Damion, Shanise, Cassandra and Derrick Callander.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 11:00am to 1:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Bryant’s Life at 1:00pm at Praise Assembly – 1421 S. Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE.
