Bruce Arthur Maxwell, Sr. age 74 of Rising Sun, MD passed away on January 20, 2026. He was born on March 8, 1951 in Baltimore, MD to the late Frank M. Maxwell and Bertha Adele (Chilcoat) Cammarata.
Bruce’s passion was motorcycles. He was a member of Maryland Grand Chapter Widows Sons where he made many memories and lifelong friends. He was a proud member of the United States Army and after his service, he continued to support his country by becoming a member of the VFW and was a Master Mason at Harmony Lodge #53.
Bruce is survived by his children: Bruce Arthur Maxwell, Jr. and his wife, Joann and Tammy Funk and her husband, Gregory; grandsons: Ryan Funk and Brian Rees; brother, Samuel Cammarata; sister, Fay Cacho; and life long friend, Fred Hensen.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Cammarata and sisters: Joy Cammarata and Elaine Watts.
A private burial will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
