Bhaskarbhai S. Patel

Bhaskarbhai S. Patel, age 80, of Elkton, MD passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. He was born in India in 1943 to the late Santokbhai R. Patel and Dahiben S. Patel.

Bhaskarbhai loved watching CNBC following the latest news and stock markets. When he wasn’t watching the news, you would find him in his garden where he had over thirty different types of flowers. Although he loved to bake, Bhaskarbhai was very health conscious. He gave many words of advice and encouragement to his grandkids, whom he loved dearly. Recently, he took great joy in feeding squirrels. Bhaskarbhai will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bhaskarbhai is survived by his wife of 58 years, Saryuben B. Patel; three children: Alpesh Patel and his wife, Hetal, Parul Patel and her husband, Mehul, and Mamta Desai and her husband, Kishan; six grandchildren: Jaivik Patel, Vihaan Patel, Rusheek Patel, Risha Patel, Nishil Desai, and Shivani Desai; four siblings: Manubhai Patel, Arvindbhai Patel, Jaybala Patel, and Mahendra Patel.

In addition to his parents, Bhaskarbhai is preceded in death by his older brother, Natubhai Patel.
