

Barry W. Adams of Newark, DE, age 58, passed away on Sunday, April 05, 2020. Barry was born on July 12, 1962 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Norma Jean (Starnes) and the late Elmer Lloyd Adams.
Barry worked as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic and coached baseball at Brookside Bambino Baseball League. He was a caring and giving person who would do anything for anyone. He loved trout fishing, comic books and horror movies. Barry was a talented wood worker who loved working with his hands and was always making something along with being an avid reader.
Barry is survived by the love of his life for 34 years, Cynthia Adams; son, Josh Adams of Newark, DE; son, Austin Adams of Newark, DE; mother, Norma Adams of Newark, DE; half-sister Carol Homiller and her husband, Mark of Elkton, MD; numerous nieces and nephews; childhood best friend, Les Brown of Newark, DE; Aunt Charlene Kepley of Bear, DE and preceded in death by Rev. George Kepley.
Burial services for Barry will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to R.T. Foard & Jones Funeral Home to help pay for the funeral expenses. Please call: 302-731-4627.
