Barbara H. Gargotta, 82, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on September 17, 2022, in Newark, DE, due to complications of Parkinson’s Disease. She loved her family, her home, her friends, playing the piano, making art, and her Boston Terriers. Barb and her late husband, John were gracious hosts who enjoyed welcoming people to their home and creating wonderful memories for all. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Katherine (Thomas) Donlan and Amy (Richard) Gaston; one grandchild, Ross Donlan; her sister, Judy (Fred) Founds; four nieces, and one nephew. A small informal gathering will be held at a later date in lieu of a funeral and viewing.
