Barbara Ann Greenfield, age 83 of Wilmington, DE passed away on March 13, 2017. She was born on May 25, 1933 in Coatesville, PA to the late, Randolph McMichael and Mary (McNeal) McMichael.

Barbara worked as a nurse at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. She appreciated life and always made time to stop and smell the flowers. Many will remember her as being friendly and amiable.

She was strong in her faith and active at the Newark Senior Center. Barbara enjoyed bird watching, flowers, going to the beach, and traveling to Disneyworld and Williamsburg.

Barbara is survived by her sons: Jeff Greenfield of Wilmington, DE and Jon Greenfield and his wife, Midge of Newark, DE; sister, Gail Formica of Downingtown, PA; grandchildren: Tyler and his wife, Mere of Newark, DE and Megan of Newark, DE; and friend, Susan Siva of New Castle, DE.

Services for Barbara will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
