Ashlyn Hope Slayman, 8 month old daughter of Samuel and Pauline Slayman of Elkton, MD, passed away March 14, 2015 in her parents’ loving arms after a courageous battle. She lit up whenever “Frozen” was playing.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her triplet sisters, Stella Grace and Kylie Faith Slayman; her grandparents, Delores Slayman of Elkton, Ralph E. Slayman of Chatham, VA and Darlene Strzala of North East, MD, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Stanley Strzala.
Services will be held at Charlestown Missionary Baptist Church, 1168 West Old Philadelphia Road, Charlestown, MD 21914 on Friday March 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation at the church beginning at 1:00 pm. Memorial Contributions may be made to either the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children or the Ryan Scott Kappes Foundation and mailed to R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main St., Elkton, MD 21921
