Ann L. Sanders Heuer, age 75, of Elkton, MD died Wed., May 30, 2012.
Born in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Sanders.
Ann graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1959, and received her Masters in Social Work from UMBC in Baltimore. She retired from Baltimore County, having spent most of her career employed at Franklin Square Hospital.
Ann was an avid reader and had many interests, especially traveling. She was a logical, wonderful person who never had a bad word to say about anyone.
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Clare A. Heuer, Jr.; two daughters: Karen Heuer of Fawn Grove, PA, and Jill Burton and son-in-law Lee Burton of Rising Sun, MD; two grandchildren: Jeremy Wells of Kent, OH, and Amber Keefe and her husband Christopher of Reading, PA; two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Avery; and one brother, William Sanders of Charleston, SC.
Services will be private.
